   Maxine Paul, Esq.

Adam Mejerson is a recent graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, earning a B.A in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration.  Over the last five years, Adam has been involved with Disaster Recovery and Community Development for various organizations including Hands on USA, Habitat for Humanity, MIT - City Scope Peru and the Broadmoor Neighborhood Improvement Association. His responsibilities have included the recruitment, coordination and supervision of hundreds of volunteers, developing innovative tool distribution systems and blight management programs. In 2006 Adam assisted and supervised the gutting and redevelopment of 1,400 Katrina damaged homes for Camp Premier.  In addition, he has developed marketing campaigns and grant administration projects. He most recently has overseen a group of volunteers in Mississippi to restore properties that were devastated by the latest tornado activity.

Maxine Paul, an attorney with over 25 year of experience has used her background and negotiating skills to develop strategic relationships and implement the necessary support systems to ensure the success of various established and start-up ventures. She has practiced commercial and entertainment law at a leading New York law firm, which involved interfacing and negotiating with the Networks.  Consequently she held an executive position at CBS as an attorney in their Standards and Practices Department.

Subsequent to her program exposure at CBS, Maxine decided to parlay her legal and production experience and co-founded the production company Therapy TV. In this capacity Maxine served as the executive producer and creator of “Inside The Criminal Mind” a series that she developed for Court TV and gained national recognition.

Maxine then ventured into the arena of Start-up Caribbean Medical Schools  and for the   last 7 years she has served in various capacities from  Director of Admissions,  Vice President of Clinical Relations and Vice-President of Community Affairs.
